In recent years,with the rapid development of China's military,aerospace and other fields,detonating cord,as a kind of detonating wire device for silver tube gunpowder,has also been widely used in these fields.The detonating cord is used to assemble the non-electric detonation transmission system,and plays the role of detonation transmission after ignition and detonation in the whole device.In this paper,the key technology of non-electric production—detonating cord pressing process is studied.The traditional manual production mode is changed and the automatic detonating cord pressing equipment is developed to solve the problems of low processing accuracy,low production efficiency and high labor intensity of operators.The detonating cord pressing equipment is based on a new type of press-fit tooling structure and uses hydraulic pressure as power source to realize high precision and rapid production.The following tasks have been accomplished in this paper:(1)Based on the process flow and processing characteristics of detonating cord,the control requirements of the detonating cord pressure control system are determined,and the modular design of the system is carried out.The system is divided into seven modules: power source module,pressure input control module,pressure position control module,safety control module,human-computer interaction module,detonator positioning module,process control module;(2)According to the control function,Siemens PLC(S7-1200)is used as the main controller,and the control modules are designed in detail to determine the electrical and circuit schematic diagram of the system;(3)Aiming at the difficulties and keys of displacement control and pressure control,a cascade control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed to improve the control accuracy of the equipment.Finally,the process module,safety module and the control effect of pressure and displacement control are tested,and the qualifications of the product are tested and analyzed to verify that it meets the design requirements of the system.
