In this paper, a deeply research to the control system of detect machine, component of the thermosnap's modulating and detecting product line ,which is an actual engineering project of electromechanic institute of central south umversity(CSU), has made. The important works include furnace's controlling and detect data's disposing.There are 5 orientations in this study. First, the mathematical model of detect furnace is derived based on Thermal Balance theory. Second, having compared the results of simulation from laboratory with of testing from factory applied PID controller. Third, a new Fuzzy-Pi control mode is provided to improve the furnace control qualities. Forth, having analyzed the errors of furnace's temperature. In the end, the resolving ways or threads to some problems during programming the control software have put forward. The details are:1. Rslied on the analysis of heating mechanism of detect furnace, and comprehended the knowledge of heat transfer theory, System Identification and mathematical analysis, a mathematical model of detect furnace is derived based on Thermal Balance theory. This model has good qualities at describing the actual system. Meanwhile, the relationship of control qualities with 3 parameters: delay time, input power and loss of heat of furnace's walls can be drew out from the model too.2. A simulation experiment has made with PID controller to heat detect furnace, and the results are close to what come from factory, which shows that system is able to reach the precision of ?1 癈 with PID controller and the model is correct.3. A double-state control scheme is put forward in order better to fit the rigor precision demands. It has drew out from the simulations that the controlling qualities with Fuzzy-Pi are better than with pure PID , moreover Fuzzy-Pi controller is easy rebuilt on PID controller in existence.4. Errors of temperature-measure system are analyzed, and then the causes of errorsand effect ways to avoid or lessen them are provided.5. Pointing to some problems in programming the control software of the whole production line, one of which is that the programs can't be managed efficiently because enormous functions must be enclosed in, another is that a large number of dynamic data must be collected real time and dealt with delay, An efficient manage method has been built up based on modulate theory, meanwhile the shift-lodging arithmetic has been invented.
