In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology and thematuration of digital technology, higher demands is put forward increasingly to theenvironmental adaptability, operating comfort and product reliability of machinery.The functional diversity of mechanical and electrical products is proportional with itscomplexity of mechanical transmission system. The information and intellectualtechnology has grown to a new level in China at present, thus new opportunities andchallenges will be meet in the innovative research to mechanical structure in the possiblestage of theory and the completion stages of practice.The vehicle antenna lodging means, as an auxiliary equipment of vehicle, its overallperformance is easy portability, human-computer interaction, quality stability and manyother aspects. There are great potential development and market prospects for the product.The design and improvement is put to the structure of vehicle antenna lodgingmachinery by using advanced design concept and in-depth study and comparison meansare put to the dynamic properties of new lodging unit. This can give the theoretical basisfor the upgrading of products fully.The purpose of this study is to solve the shortcomings the needing of more time andpower and easy damage of current vehicle antenna lodging by manual mechanicaloperation as well as the difficult technical problems of normal operation of it in complexenvironments to provide a new kind of digital in-car antennas lodging unit for the existingand potential customers under market mechanisms.The contents of this research are innovative research to mechanical transmissionstructure of vehicle antenna lodging to adapt the requirements of the control system, anddynamic performance analysis and experimental verification to the new vehicle antennalodging unit to ensure the new products to meet the requirements of performance.The methods of this research are the following: first, simple parameters calculation isput to the mechanical transmission systems of the product, made sure the main parametersof parts; and then virtual prototype technology and finite element method is used to studythe virtual assembly and dynamic characteristics of the product; lastly, experimentalvalidation is put to the product after a successful prototype has been made to see if theproduct meet the design requirements.The results and conclusions are the following: a new kind of digital in-car antennaslodging unit can be produced and its mechanical transmission system can meet thetechnical requirements of in current control field and its dynamic performance can meetthe requirements of design standards of various condition.
