In this paper, every kinds of error existing in six-component testing system are researched ,and method of how to eliminate or reduce system error caused by static coupling is studied emphatically .Measured data are proposed to be processed by using calibrating matrix .Two kinds of calibrating methods adapting to six-component testing system and the methods for resolving calibrating matrix are proposed .Theory about how to realize static decoupling of measured results is discussed ,and feasibility of theory is proved by calibrating experiment . Theory about how to realize dynamic decoupling of measured results by using transfer function matrix is also discussed .Random noise are minished by using method of difference and flatness .Software for testing system is developed by using LabVIEW ,includeing data acquisition calibrating module, etc.
