Assembly fixture is a large scale tooling for orientation and clamping in aircraft's assembly, and directly affects the period and quality of aircraft production. The fixture's rigidity and stability is an important criterion, design and production of this kind of fixture has always been a great problem in aircraft's development. In this thesis, the technology of rapid-design and distortion analysis is investigated, and an aided system is established.According to the fixture's CAD process and the structure's characters, modularization and standardization design methods are researched on this fixture, system function model and information model are built and general structure is made up. Parametric part library, frame section library based on feature is realized. Concerning the two-dimensional drafting, tools are developed to realize the products' overall searching, non-dimensional information's extraction from solid model, the statistics of part number and the filling of list table.With regard to distortion analysis, a new method of integration of experience formula and FEM for space frame is brought forward. Experience formula is applicable for some small and low precision-requested assembly fixture, for some complicated and large scale ones, FEM for space frame is requested.At the end, an example based on this system has been given. |
