| The designing quality and efficiency of aircraft assembly fixture plays a very important role in improving the manufacturing quality and efficiency of aircraft products. The designing of the aircraft assembly fixture boards, contains mass miscellaneous repeated work, also the verifying of interference and the calculation of rigidity for aircraft assembly fixture boards can't be done at the beginning of the design. Therefore, the designing and analyzing technology of fixture boards is studied, and a rapid design and analyze module for aircraft assembly fixture boards is developed for practical engineering requirement. The investigative achievements of this paper are as followed:1. The flow wizard-based rapid designing technology of the aircraft assembly fixture boards is studied, and the automatism and standardization of the designing for the fixture boards is actualized via such approaches as the choose of the fixture boards sketch template, the parametric design of the sketch, the verifying of the opening up condition, the automatic fitting of the fixture boards outline, and the creation of fixture boards entity which are supported by the sketch template library and the encapsulation of the fixture boards design knowledge to the designing process.2. The technique for the verifying of the opening up condition of fixture boards is presented, with the verifying of the opening up condition of fixture boards and the error disposing at the spots among equivalent arc length, the precarious region is found which is helpful to validate the feasibility of the designing of the fixture boards. The rapid verifying of the opening up condition while designing the fixture boards is realized, also the synthetically validating with the 3D simulation.3. The technique of the FEM structural analysis for the fixture boards is studied, a FEM structural analysis flow wizard for the fixture boards is developed with the NX Simulation Process Studio, which encapsulates the complicated FEM analysis knowledge is useful to instruct the designer to complete the analysis.4. On the ground of such studies, the rapid design flow wizard and the FEM structural analysis flow wizard of the aircraft assembly fixture boards are developed, and are applied to the fixture design in the corporation, the designing efficiency, the designing quality and the standardization level are remarkably advanced. |
