Assembly fixtures are a large scale tools for orientation and clamping in aircraft's assembly, and the assembly fixtures' rigidity is one of the most important criterion to guarantee the assembled aircrafts' quality. However, how to guarantee the assembled aircraft's quality has always been a great problem in aircraft's development. In this thesis, in order to guarantee the assembled aircraft's quality, the technology of rapid-analysis for assembly fixtures is deeply researched.The theory of beam structure finite element method (FEM) in structural mechanics is adopted in this thesis to analyze the aircraft assembly fixtures' structure. Compared with traditional FEM, the stiff matrix's rank is greatly reduced in beam structure FEM, and then the compute speed is enormously enhanced, the target of rapid structure analysis is also reached.On account of the requirement of re-used and expansion of FEM software at present, and based on deeply researched the theory and method of Oriented Objected, the technology of modeling for fixtures' structure based on the technology of Oriented-Objected (00) and beam structure FEM is adopted. All of the classes according to beam structure FEM and OOP are accomplished and the fixture rapid-analysis system is developed.Having finished all the above, an actual example of assembly fixtures is given to be analyzed with the fixture rapid-analysis system, and then the veracity of the fixture rapid-analysis system is validated.
