| Telemedicine as a new technology appear after widely using of internet and computer application technology .It provide long distance diagnose, information serves and long distance education by transferring medicinal data, image , video.HHCE (Home Health Care Engineering) is popular tendency of telemedicine. The convenience of HHCE are custody an recording some live parameter. Portable ECG signal gathering& monitoring instrument is the fore device of HHCE.Two key technologies in inventing portable ECG signal gathering& monitoring instrument are mainly studied in this paper, the key ways are large volume data storage and communicating with PC by USB protocol. Data memory is used by FLASH of NAND of SUMSUNG Data communication is USB1.1 through PDIUSBD12 of PHILIPS. Some basic operation of FLASH are found and some mechanism of USB communication are researched by a series of experiments.These basic operation show the general rule that how to use super large volume FLASH of NAND structure . FLASH will be popular in data storage .The pattern of USB communication in this paper is MCU+USBcontroler ,the studying of this pattern shows that it is difficult to keep transferring data for a long times. The process of communication is interrupted sometimes by some causes. So a conclusion can be draw that this USB communication style is unsuitable for this instrument. |
