| The use reliability of automobile is one of the most important bases for evaluating the quality of automobile overhaul. It's possible to master the law of distribution of automobile's failure, to propose the measures of improving the reliability of overhauled vehicles and to fully utilize and improve the inherent reliability by analyzing and evaluating the reliability of overhauled vehicles. On the basis of a vast amount of data and materials, in this article, the regression analysis and the optimization technique are well combined to finish the analysis process of optimization of the law of distribution of automobile's failure. Considering every aspect that can influence the automobile reliability, this paper determines and analyses the individual reliability indexes that can reflect the reliability situation. By first applying the comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy methods to evaluate the automobile reliability, the paper establishes mathematic models of weighed and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of reliability of overhauled motor vehicles, the reliability evaluation of overhauled vehicles is improved from individual indexes to comprehensive indexes. The article puts forwards the theory foundation for comparison of reliability level of different type of automobile and provides a set of reliability evaluation method for the automobile maintenance field. |
