Domestic forklift and developed countries,the technical performance of forklift products are very close,but there is a certain gap in reliability.Developed countries mainly through the bench test to ensure the high reliability of the machine;China forklift started late,how to increase the capital investment in the case,to find a research method,and gradually improve the reliability of domestic forklift,become the industry generally concerned about The problem.Based on the current situation of the domestic forklift industry,this paper studies the fault distribution and its regularity of forklift products by analyzing the fault data of the forklift,the life cycle reliability analysis method and the reliability data management method of the forklift machine.Help for domestic forklift reliability.Based on the characteristics of forklift repairable,the fault data of forklift truck is collected and the reliability analysis method of forklift life cycle is studied by using stochastic process theory and piecewise fitting method.By using the hypothesis test,the correlation variance method is used to optimize the distribution type,and the optimal distribution type is obtained,and the reliability index of the forklift life cycle is obtained.In this paper,the collection and processing of forklift reliability information are studied,the contents of forklift reliability information are collected,the collected fault information is collated,and the function group,fault mode and fault type are introduced in the reliability information of forklift The concept of coding.The fault data of the domestic forklift are coded to facilitate the reliability analysis and statistics.The literature shows that the reliability of forklift products is the first time in the country by managing and analyzing the use of fault data for 8000 hours of internal combustion forklifts.Based on the fault data of forklift product life cycle,this paper develops a reliability data management system.The system introduces the function group concept,divides the function group of the internal combustion forklift,uses the database technology to store and manages the fault data,then uses the related mathematical theory,analyzes the data characteristic,prepares the data analysis procedure and establishes the reliability data management system.In this paper,through the analysis and processing of the fault data of the life cycle of internal combustion forklift,this paper provides a set of data management platformfor the reliability research of forklift manufacturing enterprises,providing dynamic product reliability information support,and making the reliability level of the products A comprehensive understanding of the product can continue to be based on their own lack of targeted to improve,and continuously improve the quality of products and market competitiveness.
