Full Hydraulic Driving System

In this paper, through analyzing and discussing current development of typical hydrostatic drive system of crawlers at home and abroad, it studies property-matching of hydrostatic transmission systems, provides an electronic proportional controlling variable displacement pump-motor hydraulic drive circuit and control plan fit for crawlers' operation, together with typical travel drive system component. It uses traditional methods to calculate and check the key parameters of crawlers' kinematics, dynamics and hydraulic drive systems and analyze and study the traction characteristics of hydraulic systems. Then it also sets up the complete mathematical model of dynamic characteristics for the whole drive system, and carries out the simulation and analysis of dynamic characteristics through simulating model set up by MATLAB software. In the same time, the aid-calculation program for the drive system is developed on Visual Basic platform for convenient calculation. In the last of the paper, the reliability of the theory analysis is further verified by the experiment of hydrostatic transmission system.
