Hydraulic combinatorial valve is an important area of hydraulic transmission technology research and is one of the important components of water pressure system.Paper studies the combination of hydraulic valve by the pilot overflow valve and relief valve,compared with the traditional single function valve,the valve has the comprehensive performance of voltage stability and security.Water loop hydraulic system with double functions of hydraulic valve,to some extent,simplify the circuit,hydraulic system in the implementation of security environmental protection at the same time,the installation of the hydraulic system,check and maintenance more convenient.According to the combination of hydraulic valve design requirements,in view of the hydraulic element face in the study of cavitation erosion,corrosion,wear,the common technical problems,such as vibration of hydraulic valve structure and dynamic performance are analyzed in the simulation study,the process and conclusion are as follows:1.According to the design principle of hydraulic component,the main structure parameters of the hydraulic assembly valve are determined.At the same time,the valve material is chosen:the body material is made of ferrite stainless steel,the seat adopts ptfe,and the valve core is made of stainless steel.2.Coccygeal vertebra of main valve core part adopts surface micro modelling design,through to the cylindrical,conical,spherical cap micro modelling of three different shapes,and the comparative study of the gas phase volume fraction,and the results show that performance of cylindrical micro modelling is optimal.At the same time,the machining method of different microforms is compared,and the laser machining method is used in the paper.3.Using CAD software to establish the main valve core different two-dimensional model of secondary throttle Angle,using GAMBIT mesh,in FLUENT software for different models of main valve core flow characteristic carries on the analysis comparison.Research results:the level of valve core Angle of 30°,the secondary valve core Angle 45 °,and the secondary valve core with 60 °linear transition,transition line length is 3 mm,at the same time using circular arc transition radius of 3 mm.4.Using AMESIM software to analyze the main valve damping hole,the damper aperture of the pilot valve and the stiffness of the main valve spring on the dynamic performance of the valve.The results of the study is given priority to valve damping hole diameter d = 1 mm,pilot valve damping hole d0 = 2 mm in diameter,the main valve spring stiffness is less than 20.5 KN/m,different stiffness less affected the performance of hydraulic valve,with values of 20.5 KN/m better,when the main valve spring stiffness value is greater than 20.5 KN/m,there will be a valve port flow instability phenomenon.
