The successful application of this method is mainly determined by the perfection of diagnosing theory and methods. How to use spectrometric oil analysis technology to monitor the Wear State of equipment is a problem demanding prompt solution. Spectrometric oil analysis fault diagnosis expert system is the inevitable trend and result of the developing of this technique. In this paper, systematic research on the limits making and knowledge base building in the expert system of Spectrometric oil analysis and fault diagnosis have been carried out theoretically and practically. Analyzing and building model of the wear rule of the general tribology system are made. A more accurate and reasonable monitoring technique has been developed using spectrometric oil analysis data.Summarizing and discussing the usual wear fault and wear kinds of the general mechanical equipment. Engines of self-propelled gun are the main discussed targets, the component of the friction pairs and wear fault rules of which are analyzed. Building the belter base for carrying out wear state monitoring further. ?The wear process of tribology system in general meaning has been analyzed and discussed. Using dynamical system theory and the methods of model building to analyze the Spectrometric oil analysis data with time series method. The method of excluding big error and affecting of oil changing is given, which improving the precision of the model has been built.Combining the Spectrometric oil analysis data and the practical wear fault phenomena of the engines, the author has developed a Spectrometric oil analysis fault diagnosis expert system. The system comprises knowledge base, reasoning, application program inference engine etc. The practical examination demonstrates that the expert has good accuracy and applicability. At the end of this paper, the further research work needed to be done in Spectrometric oil analysis field is produced and the author's points of view on how to develop this technique are provided. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | oil analysis, lubricating oil, condition monitoring, fuzzy judge, expert system | | Related items |
