Traffic Observation System

The article mainly research a series of problem about the traffic volume observation stations that including synthetically evaluation the theory of layout and plan, and the upswing of method of the traffic volume observation stations and so on. On the base of studying about the function and characters of the traffic volume observation stations, this paper establish a set of synthetically evaluation index system about the layout of traffic volume observation stations, and define the method that fuzzy evaluation combined with synthetically evaluation method of main component analysis. This paper also put forward the concept about the dividing spot and the connection degree of the represent section of highway, establish the model of calculating the total amount of the traffic volume observation stations according to the represent section of highway connecting form. Furthermore, this paper put forward a series of brand new layout method of the traffic volume observation stations. For the purpose of rending the capacity of the observation work, this paper establish the model of reckoning the data that we need, and write the program to solve it. This also point to that applying the method of stochastic survey to the traffic survey is reasonable and workable, and put forward the method of define the particular survey scheme through contrast. At the last, this paper verify those theories through the practice of He'Nan province.
