Abstract/Summary:
The highway observation deck is an important transportation infrastructure service facility and an important platform for improving the quality of tourist travel.At present,with the advent of the mass tourism era,China has proposed a “transportation and tourism”integration development strategy from the aspects of deepening reform and optimizing resource allocation,aiming to achieve a win-win situation for the improvement of the transportation system and the prosperity and development of the tourism industry.The new situation of the integration and development of social communication places higher requirements on the site selection,planning and design,and functions of the highway observation deck.Therefore,the research on the highway observation deck is of great significance,especially the ordinary highway.Based on the current research of highway observation platform and the analysis of highway observation deck function,the definition of highway observation deck is determined,and its basic form and type are analyzed.With reference to the installation situation of highway observation platform at home and abroad,the existing problems in China’s highway observation deck and the research focus and related theories of ordinary highway observation deck under the background of integration and analysis are analyzed.Based on the relative relationship between "view" and " landscape",the location concept of the highway observation deck was studied from two perspectives: macro and local.This article analyzes the principles and processes of dividing landscape paragraphs from a macro perspective;analyzes the influencing factors of scenic spots from a local perspective,and summarizes mountain-type landscapes and water-type landscapes from aspects of environmental psychology,visual characteristics,and behavioral psychology.And the choice of landscape viewing points such as plant-based landscapes.From the perspective of the needs of users of the highway observation deck,the highway observation deck is divided into functional areas such as parking areas,viewing areas,rest areas,and green areas,and the facility configuration of each area is analyzed.The BP neuralnetwork and Matlab software are used to study the prediction models of different types of vehicles on the highway observation deck;based on field survey data,the parking space turnover rate and peak rate are analyzed,and then the number of parking spaces in the observation platform is studied;combined with the vehicle traffic ratio prediction The size of other functional areas is studied by models,comfortable space required by passengers’ physiology and psychology,and the size of functional facilities in the observation deck.Based on the theory of secondary deceleration and the theory of insertable gaps,the length calculation models of the acceleration lane and the deceleration lane are established respectively,and the field survey data are combined to obtain the recommended values of the lengths of the variable-speed lanes of ordinary highway observation deck at different design speeds.Establish service quality evaluation index system for ordinary highway observation deck with passenger satisfaction as target layer,and combine the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a comprehensive highway observation platform service quality evaluation model.The comprehensive evaluation of service quality was carried out with the observation deck of the Xingtai Anti-Dalu Highway as an engineering example.The research results in this article can provide important references for the site selection,planning and design,and service quality evaluation of new-constructed,rebuilt and expanded ordinary highway observation platforms,and provide technical support for the reasonable setting of highway observation platforms.
