Color is a speechless language that exists in various things on the earth to constitute the colorful world as well as human environment. As a composition part of building language, its purpose is to build a good environment and offer ideal space for mankind. Therefore construct environmental color must adhere to certain environment to develop its genuine meaning.This paper takes the stand of " environmental sight " that the difference of building environmental color from the characteristic of general program lies in its unique efficacy, decoration, identification as well as the flesh and blood connection of natural environment with humane environment. The author attempts to utilize this connection to reflect the relationship between environment, color and human as well as the social phenomena arising between their interactions. In research course, the research techniques of analysis and comparison are used mainly to analyze the background and times meaning of environmental color from humanity angle to make color applicable in specific humanity environment. At the same time, the author analyzes the characteristic of urban constructional color, material and design method with the combination of plenty of pictures and puts forward personal view on improving the present situation of the urban constructional color in our country.
