With the rapid development of the economy in china,there has appeared a large quantity of tall building and big-span large-load multifunctional buildings. The tradi-tional pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab has not met the needs of the con-struction market,which leads to the shrink of the prefabricate part industry,In order to prosper the prefabricate part industry in our country and make the best of the advan-tages of pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab,we should use the high effective pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab made of high strength material, for the reason that it not only inherits the advantages of the traditional pre-stressed reinforced concrete slab, but also meet the needs of big-span, large-load modern buildings, has better ductility and crack control property,lower cost and more competitive in the mar-ket. Thus,it is an effective way for our prefabricate part industry to develop high ef-fective pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab so as to go out of the depress.Middle strength (1370Mpa) spiral ribs steel wires is a new type of high strength and good ductility and anchoring strength rolled steel, which is the ideal steel for the high effective pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab. The slab with it has lower price than the traditional ones as well better mechanical property. So the high effective pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab with Medium strength spiral-continuous -ribs steel bar has a good prospect. The technical specification should be made to pre-pare for pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab design, according to 《Code for Design of Concrete Structures 》and 《Technical Specification of Pre-stressed Concrete Structures with Middle Strength Spiral Ribs Steel Wires 》.The strength ductility and crack property of the high effective pre-stressed rein-forced concrete hollow slab with the Medium strength spiral-continuous -ribs steel bar can meet the need of the current codes and specification by calculating the normal limit state and ultimate limit state of the pre-stressed reinforced concrete slab with middle Strength spiral Ribs Steel wires.Use the computer program to calculate the pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab within 6. 0~7. 5m, I propose the appropriate design advice, which provides pa-rameter to the standard chart and technical support to the production of the pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab.
