Light Steel Residential Design

Light steel construction residence is a kind of construction modality, which has been adopted widely in outside world recent years. Mostly depending on the whole series of building materials and technique, the proceedings of the above type of residence in domestic are assembling and installing. Because of the existing difference between the buildings code in overseas and that in civil it is quite necessary for sociality to make progress in the development and study of light steel construct system mainly based on buildings code and on building materials ourselves.Integrating with current civil building design code, after the research and design of light steel construction system having the economic and widely useful characteristics in this paper, the processes of selecting materials of construction and designing of connecting nodes have been done. Moreover, facing on the current domestic buildings materials the product and technical system matching with light steel construction have been selected, such as the serials of in and out wall board, floors lab, fireproofing materials and fireproofing technical measure system. For an instance of two-floor residence the introduction construct design and the study of economy and other aspects have been done.
