| Since the 90s, the steel structure has developed fast in our country, especially the composite steel-concrete structure, which has been used in high commercial and civil building, many-storied factories for its advantage with steel and concrete. Cold-formed steel deck has several advantages, including small dead load, better ductility, large overall horizontal rigidity, better anti-seismic, fast construction speed, less consumption of wood, less cost and so on. It has shown a great future for its wide application. However, in our country, the research and application of composite slab has just begun, and the relative code has not been published. The paper made up a flexural experiment with six pieces of composite slab. During the every step of load exerted, the paper recorded the strain of cold-form steel deck and concrete, deflection, crack, slide, ultimate bearing capacity. By changing the thickness of cold-form deck, thickness and strength of concrete, amount of steel stud and other parameters, the paper discussed the behavior of loaded composite-slab. The paper deduced the deformation and flexural bearing capacity formula by the theory of elasticity-plasticity, ultimate-state method. Finally, by simplifying the result of experiment, a practical design method about bearing capacity and deformation is got and can used by engineers. |
