| This thesis focused on the PK prestressed concrete superposed composite floorslab, which mainly consists of precast prestressed concrete ribbed slab andcast-in-situ concrete. Ribbed slab, when compared with flat plate, has its advantagesin manufacture and transportation due to the enhanced out-of-plate stiffness and theimproved ultimate shear strength contributed by the consequent increased contact areaof structures. Transverse reinforcement could go through the hole in the rib and makethe slab stand load bilaterally. The test slab has advantages over traditional situ-castslab in terms of construction convenience, duration and material saving, e.g. concrete,steel and formwork. The test slab also has obvious advantages over traditionalassembly floor in terms of integrity and seismic performance. Great qualities haveabsolutely made PK prestressed concrete superposed composite floor slab, slab withadvantages of both situ-cast slab and assembly slab, a highly promising prefabricatedfloor slab.In this thesis, the author researched the static load test on four sides simplysupported PK prestressed concrete composite floor slab, including the process ofdestruction and the trial phenomena of each phases and changes in elastic stage andcracks in elastic-plastic stage and the appearance formation of plastic hinges in plasticstage.This thesis concentrated on stiffness, deflection, and bearing capacity calculation.The thesis gave the additional analysis to the drawbacks of prior work. The test floorwas analyzed with orthogonal profiled plate theory. Then the author got theexpression of the deflection of the plate through the superposition method and theprestress’s effect to the stiffness. By comparing the theoretical data with theexperimental data, it came to a conclusion that the plastic hinge limit method is anapplicable method of computing the ultimate limit capacity to the floor of this type.Finally, based on the summary of prvieous test and thesis with the door, this thesis haspresented a systematic exposition of concrete composite floor for designers’ referenceand theory of the superposed floor slab could be further improved. |
