Vibratory Roller is a multiple-degree vibratory system. However, people always simplify it as a two-degree mathematics model due to many restrictions. Furthermore, people simplify it as a single-degree system when analysis the vibrating absorption capability. The thesis, using the ADAMS software to establish the model of vibratory roller and simulate it in the various working condition, gets the dynamic response for various parameters. Meanwhile, the thesis also points out that the swing of the frame canę° improve the compaction effect but intensify itself vibration, that is to say, the vibrating absorption effect is weakened .At last ,the thesis discusses mutative relation between the working frequency and the working Amplitude with the changing of material intensity in the condition of continuous compaction control. It may has some reference value in some way by using the result of this thesis, such as in the side of the whole machine design and capability research, etc. |
