The paper studies a kind of new packaging material. It deepanalyzes the cushion and vibration mechanism of honeycomb paperboardfrom rheology and mechanics performance, based on the theorieshigh-molecular material,composite material and packagingdynamics. The author hopes that it can provide theoretical basis forapply of the honeycomb paperboard.At the same time, the paper also makes vibration and static statecompression test based on the application in the reality in orderto make deep study on honeycomb paperboard. From the result of thetest author attains the curves such as static state strain-stresscurve,cushion coefficient-stress curve and the transmitting rateof honeycomb paperboard in vibration, which can provide the basis forand cushion packaging designation. From the structure property andapplying the knowledge of the packaging structure designation, thepaper designs two different structure using different depthhoneycomb paperboard and makes test. From the result of test authormakes analysis and finds some regulation and poses improving way. |
