The precise force analysis, efficiency analysis and optimization design of the parameters of high carrying capacity double crank ring- plate-type cycloid reducer are completed in this thesis. Having the aid of conventional cycloid gear force analysis method, established accurate force analysis mathematics model of the double crank ring-plate type cycloid reducer. Furthermore, the CAD software of force analysis is developed and the precise life calculation of the bearings is carried out. Applying the general formular of the planet wheels efficiency calculation, reasoning the efficiency calculating formular of this kind of transmition,the efficiency of this kind of reducer is calculated. The calculation value corresponds with the test value basically. For the given model of the cycloid drive, the optimization of the parameters is made, which is taking the main parameters affecting the load-carrying ability of the cycloid driveĉ£—the eccentricity A, the radius of the roller r1~ and the radius of the pin ~ as the design variables which satisfy 10 principles constrain, and the largest rated torque T transmitted by the output shaft as the objective function.
