The thesis is based on the national nature scientific fund organized project-double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive which have high load-capacity, high transmission efficiency and high reliabilityAfter analyzing the merits and the shortcomings of involute-gear three-ring-plate drive and traditional cycloid drive, we proposed the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, which reserve the merits of the involute-gear three-ring-plate drive, such as omitting output system so we can receive good rigidity of output shaft and transmitting more torque. And the new type drive also reserve the merits of the traditional cycloid drive, such as more meshing teeth, the small angle between radial force and tangential force, hard surface of cycloid gear and pin-tooth. Beside, this new type drive overcoming the shortcomings of the ring-plate drives. Therefore, it is the first-line innovation in the world.In order to realize four targets which include high load-capacity, high transmission efficiency, high reliability and the excellent dynamics performance and guarantee credible lubricate ability, receive high efficiency of transmition, make it easy for manufacture, assembly and inspection, we thought over all the requests in the round and designed the rational structure of the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive. Through Comparing the traditional cycloid drive with the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, we can find the difference in the drive form. The pin-gear goes round the fixed axis and the cycloid-gears go round the pin-gear planetiy in the traditional cycloid drive. The cycloid-gears goes round the fixed axis and the pin-gears go round the cycloid-gear planetly in the traditional cycloid drive.Based on the force analyse of the traditional cycloid drive, we built the exact force analyse maths model of the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, analysed the forces bom by the cycloid-gear, the ring-plate and bearings exactly, and produce the CAD software offeree analyse. Riming the software, we analysed the forces of parts in the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive and caculated the intensity and the life ofthe parts. Comparing the results, we found the forces bom on the bearings reduce aboutseveral times in the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive and the bearings' life increases naturely.According to the universal efficiency formula, we studied the efficiency formula of the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive and caculated the efficiency of the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, which offered the theoretic reference to the efficiency experiment.Based on the I-DEAS software, we carried through the finite element analyse and caculated the stress and strain of the cylinder block. After in-depth analyzing, we proposed design relevant rules.On the base of exact analysis offeree for the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, we building 3-D solid model and drawing the CAD paper for the double electromotor drive the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid reducer. Moreover, we applying the software for the parameter optimization design, Through comparing the optimization results between the first level Japanese product of the traditional cycloid drive and the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, we concluded that the loading-capacity of the double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive increased three times than the traditional type and achived the expectant aim.
