Freeway Incident Management System And Its Simulation

Based on the present research on Freeway Affairs Management System abroad and in our country, this paper presents the scheme of affairs preventing determined on the DDFO(Degree of Danger in Flow Operation),the detection algorithem of Fuzzy Dynamic Clustering based on the Theory of Traffic Tlow Breaking and affairs processing scheme in the point of preventing,detecting and processing affairs,and evaluates this Affairs Management System with Improved AHP and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation as well. In addation, a simulation software is set up and the performance of this Affairs Management System is evaluated by simulating the process of preventing and detecting affairs.
