High-rise Buildings Concrete Pumping System Analysis And Simulation

How to determine the scheme of PCC(pumped concrete construction) is one of important subjects in the design on high-rise buildings construction organization. This paper bases on Dalian New World Square, presenting a statistical analysis on the practical PCC. PCC has been taken as a system and some organization and management measures have been developed to ensure PCC construction. With quantity and quality both being taken into account, the optimum reorganized scheme of PCC machinery can be determined by using the system simulation method and establishing the model of concrete transporting system. Pump efficiency model and PCC procedure model have been proposed; Computer aided pump selection has also been completed. In a word, the original plan of computer aided determining PCC scheme has been realized in this paper. Visual Basic 5.0 has been selected as the program language. Therefore, the software is very easy to use by its visual interface. In this paper, determining the optimum reorganized scheme of PCC machinery has been presented by using the system simulation method and establishing the model of concrete transporting system. Moreover, it is particular helpful that a new way of determining the scheme in complex construction system and dynamic controlling the construction processes has been pointed out.
