Owing to its benefits of scale pleasant, flexible layout and closing to life,it becomes an important carrier of equal access to urban public resources for the public. Actually , psychological memories of Venues, infiltration of human sensibility , frequency of people in public life enhancing and the promotion of urban civilization all could be benefited of excellent quality of Greenbelt. However, as at present the goal of Greenbelt system planning in pursuit of Green Index. It leads to unable to penetrate into small-scale landscape planning and construction of greenbelt. And the government lacks enthusiasm for operating on city Greenbelt.The first third chapters ,I mean to analysis and study related theories background on Greenbelt building .In the second chapter point out Specific of Greenbelt building .It includes strong policy direction , the weak of city construction and the antinomy of the usage and maintenance. It also analysis the space constitutes characteristic and the entity modern factor of Greenbelt. In view of high cost of Greenbelt building, I try to study optimized theories of Greenbelt building on two aspects of space processing and ecosystem effect proceed with constitute characteristic and intensive efficiently in the third chapter.In the fourth and fifth chapters, the paper analysis on quality of building of the existing Greenbelt in Wuhan City respectively from the declaring programs and actual projects. And it generalizes the deficiency of the Greenbelt building from point to surface. In the fifth chapters, it summarizes the relevant principles and approaches of the Greenbelt building form the existing cases of the more outstanding. And the paper offer specific build suggests on macro layout, ecosystem net framing, the function construction of the landscape service, the special constructs, art qualities.In the section of the Conclusion, it presents the outlook of Greenbelt and proposed that Greenbelt is the city's green infrastructure, urban gardens, the new strategy of urban land development .
