Study On The Tin Model Of Traffic Location Theory To The Layout Of Service Industry

With the rapid development of the economy, it's more and more important to urban service industry for national economy. The service is gradually paid attention over industry. The layout and planning of service industry is one of decisive factors for its development. Influencing factors for the layout of service are many-sided, including urban traffic by which customers come to service. urban traffic condition plays a important role in the layout and location of service industry.On the traditional layout and planning of service, the traffic accessbility is usually evaluated traffic conditions as the single dicator about the city. The evaluation method is qualitative. The traditional traffic accessbility doesn't consider the effection which traffic demand is for urban transportation infrastructure. Facing with these disadvantages and comprehensively considering combined action between traffic demand and supply, in this paper the new theory about evaluating traffic condition on urban which is the theory on the Triangulation Irregular Net (TIN) model of traffic loaction, by anysising the rule of urban traffic and combing with the idea on node-importantance in traffic loaction theory.The new theory is based on digital terrestrial model on the geography. It discretizes traffic arteries into nodes which and important traffic nodes are made up of TIN. It uses the node-importance to describe of the traffic conditions of nodes, with considering urban traffic: road network density, road grade, public transportation, rail transportation and etc, and traffic demand being corrected to urban transport infrastructure. Last, the model of contor of traffic loaction can set up to imaginal express the urban traffic through further deepening and the disserting nodes.It provide a new method and certain base for comparision traffic condition among many areas on urban. Comprehensive Analysis Method is applied for considering fully ralationship between urban traffic and other factors, which provides a strong basis for the rational layout and planning of service industry.
