Prioritize public transportation is the important topic of traffic development. The routine public transit, which is the lowest social cost and best and best optimal integrated benefit as one passenger traffic mode, is the subject of the urban public transport. The transfer hub of routine public transit is the important node of the routine public transit system, which play an important role in the functional performance of normal public system. At present, most of transfer hub of routine public transit is built on the roadside with forming the bottle neck section, which produces influence on road traffic, at the same time, the safety and comfortableness of passengers are threatened. As following the new urban districts building and the old city transformation, the important transfer hubs of routine public transit are chosen to build the off-street transfer hubs with rational distribution, what can reduce the influence on the road traffic and advance the efficiency of the travelers. There are several research topics in the following portion.Firstly, the concept of off-street transfer hub of routine public transit and routine public transit hub is defined, and the constructing significance is detailedly analyzed. And the off-street transfer hub of routine public transit is detailedly classed and analyzed on the two aspects of the exterior and inherent characters, and the inherent difference is lucubrated. The influencing factors on the locating the off-street transfer hub of routine public transit are analyzed from the macroscopical and microcosmic aspects.Secondly, the substation of off-street transfer hub of routine public transit is selected preliminarily based on the influencing factors on the locating the off-street transfer hub of routine public transit. The five indexes which are the number of bus line, departure frequency, aggregate and disperse passenger flows,transfer passenger flow and transfer time of the transfer hub of routine public transit are chosen as the indexes of substation to describe the distributed and transferred functions of substations. The five indexes is defined and the calculation method is proposed. The routine public transit hub is analyzed by the K-mean dynamic cluster analysis method with Euclidean distance as the measure methods of between samples and samples and between samples and categories, so the objects which need to construct the off-street transfer hub are clear. Then the Fisher discriminated analysis is used by the principle of variance analysis on the classified output of off-street transfer hub of routine public transit. The discriminated function is established to realize the quantitative classification for the compound off-street transfer hub. Thirdly, the travel cost and travel route choice model of passengers is determined based on the service object and the service function of off-street transfer hub. The locating model of off-street transfer hub based on the Logit route choice model is built with the lest travel cost, and the service quantity of transfer hub is limited. At last, according to many possible solutions and the searching technology on the surface, the solving method of model is designed based on the enetic algorithm.At last, the fourth and fifth middle traffic zone in Harbin is used as samples for the locating the off-street transfer hubs in the medium area to verify the feasibility of the model.
