Research On Residential Space Organization Under New Rural Construction Background In Yangzhou

As the socialist new countryside construction and urban-rural development promotes, village planning and construction has gradually become a hot topic in the researching field of urban planning, among which the residential space organization of villages is an significant concentration. This paper studies the villages in Yangzhou region, researches the factors, evolution process and organization pattern of residential space organization of villages in Yangzhou region, and proposes the optimization strategy towards residential space organization of villages in Yangzhou region under the background of new countryside construction.This paper is constituted with four sections: Firstly, based on the research on the background of village construction, related researches and construction cases of village residential space have been summarized on both domestic and overseas, as well as village residential space in Yangzhou region. Secondly, content system of village residential space has been constructed. The author believes that village residential space includes mental form as a hidden factor, except for the physical form as a dominant factor. The latter can be analyzed in a triple-hierarchy structure as points-polylines-polygons; the former includes the sum of social cultural factors, such as needs, behaviors, cultures, policies that are related with village residents. Thirdly, analysis is mainly focused on the village residential space pattern in Yangzhou region under the influences of natural, economic and social factors. Summaries are made from the historical evolution of constitution factors, residential space organization and its patterns in Yangzhou region, according to the chronicle evolution sequences. This paper also classifies the patterns of current organization of village residential space in Yangzhou region, and analyzes the problems in village residential space organizations under different patterns. Lastly, based on the research of current village residential space in Yangzhou region, and under the background of new countryside construction, This paper proposes the objectives, principles, content and path, for optimizing the village residential space organization in Yangzhou area, analyzes and researches on some individual cases on optimizing village residential spaces.
