| The continuous beam canal bridge's main span is 60+100+60m, whose construction have been divided into pier segment(A0) and center segment(A2) with two three-meters-length shut section located in 15m away from the piers. Post-stressed steel strand will be stretched when the concrete of A2 segment reaches the designed strength. In this paper, analyzed the static and post-stress stretching calculation on A2 segment, calculated the loads transferred to the full framing structure by study of FEM and the stress states of full framing structure, determined the reinforcement measures.Firstly, this paper introduced the structure forms and support arrangements. Then simplified the boundary conditions of A2, modeled and applied pre-stress on A2 segment by MIDAS/Civil, at the same time, determined the sizes and distribution of loads transferred from the segment in the condition of different stiffness, carried out the analysis of static and post-stress box girder stretching. Afterward, ANSYS was introduced in to do the FEM analysis of stability and adverse state of A2 segment, which based on the regulations, design requirements. Finally, by analysis the displacement and stress of the framing structure at different conditions, obtained the most unfavorable one, put forward the reinforcement measures. The results of the paper can be applied into usage of the similar constructions and provide reliable theory foundation. |
