High-rise Public Buildings At The Top Of Form Design Method

The tops of the High-rise Public Building which are the apical ends of the whole architecture vertical composition not only are the carrier of the partial function interspace and the architecture essential facilities,but also are the important parts of the architecture image characteristic.As the advantages of the relative height,the tops of the High-rise Public Building which are over the the city are easy to attract people's sights.Therefore, the tops of the High-rise Public Building influence the quality of the urban local landscape environment to a great extent. Moreover, it usually needs beautiful tops as the accent signals to achieve the continuous sight effects of urban integral landscape under the urban fluctuant rhythms, some tops are used as the city landmarks to be recognized.in addition,the tops also are the important parts of displaying the regional culture characteristic and outbursting the rigional architecture features.Firstly, this paper introduced the basical conditions on the design methods of the modern High-rise Public Building tops and forms, and discussed the research background, objects,significance and the relevant situation at home and aboard which included the elements of top form and the operation conditions of the design methods.Then it summarized the six main factors which included the function, aesthetics, urban environment, cluture, skills and the economy through the researches on the influence factors of the top forms, and it also put forward six principles of the top forms design which included the rationality,the form aesthetics,the urban integrity, the context and typology, skill innovation and the economy.From the above researches, it can be seen that, on the one hand, it can not divorced from the architecture function and the image integration to design the top forms of the High-rise Public Building independently.on the other hand,it needed to consider the urban integraty and local environment to design the top forms combined with the other architecture top forms around the site for the purpose of the harmony and unification effect with the urban architectures.During the design process,it should emphasize the disinterment of the urban region cultural connotation. It also should consider comprehensively the top forms, function requirements,new structures and new materials to mold the individual top form of the city sign construction from the aspects of space, landscape and environment if the economy can be afforded for promoting the urban integral environment and cultural taste. Therefore, it summarized the creatively design method of six dimensions which included the top function, aesthetics, urban integral environment, regional cluture, skill operation,economy from the design methods of the High-rise Public Building top forms in the center of the paper.This paper concluded and summarizec systematically the relevant problems about the top designs of the High-rise Public Building centering on the design methods of the contemporary top forms,moreover, it obtained the innovation significant systems, theoretical framework and research results based on the theoretical researches on the plenty of references.In the last part of this paper, it summarized the research situations and proposed the relevant prospects.
