Green Design And Evaluation Of Public Buildings

Infrastructure projects and public projects are developed vigorously in various regions in order to ensure the supply of the public facilities and infrastructure so that they can improve the quality of life. Public buildings have made great progress in China, which reflect the level of economic development in the region from one side. However, compared to residential buildings, public buildings are more difficult to be controlled in terms of occupation of land, building areas or the function, the complexity of the structure. Therefore, there are many problems about the construction of public buildings in China, and which are even contrary to the criteria of sustainable development that we are advocated. For example, the energy consumption level of public buildings is much higher than that of residential construction, the public buildings have the lower efficient use of land, even exist the phenomena "image projects".This article reflects the requirements of sustainable development on construction, runs through the conception of the green buildings to effectively improve the problems existed in the development of public buildings. Starting from the early public buildings, we proceed to control the design stage to make public buildings design to meet the requirement of green building development, then we set up a special evaluation system for green design, and evaluate the design results to guide practice so that to guarantee the achievement of green public buildings. First, this paper draws theoretical results and practical experience of green buildings at home and abroad, also considers the "land, energy, water, materials, environmental protection", and other green requirements based on green design related theories and initiatives.According to the green design for public buildings, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of green public buildings design and appropriate evaluation model for green design with AHP, and proposes the score principles and standards of the evaluation system to express evaluation results with the way of the visual image, which achieve the evaluation and guidance of green public buildings design. Finally, the simulation evaluations are carried on with the example of the actual project, which display the running process of evaluation system comprehensively. Research study play an role of reference and guidance on engineering practice and the parties involved in public buildings.
