Optimization The Loading Of The Railway Container Goods

Railway container transportation as a important mode of the railway goods transportation, the loading scheme of goods of it plays a key role in raising utilization ratio of container bale capacity and load weight and promote the development of the railway container transportation. In order to raise utilization ratio of container bale capacity and load weight, it is necessary to study how to loading goods. Directed by the optimization theory, this paper, combining the practical situation and using the experience of other countries for reference, studies the optimization problem of the loading of the railway container goods.Firstly, basing the different types of the loading goods, this paper analyses the constraint conditions and assorts the optimization problem to two situations, the same goods and the different goods. Secondly, using the container space, load-carrying capacity, the center of gravity and the support from the bottom as constraint conditions, this paper set the model with the number of the containers as the aim for loading the same goods and the model with the utilization of the container bale capacity as the first aim, the utilization of the load-carrying capacity as the second aim for loading the different kinds of goods. What's more, the model for the same goods combining the relaxation strategy, the two-phase algorithm and layered series strategy, puts forward prime algorithm and 5 policy improvement algorithms; the model for the different goods, introducing some concepts, combining the relaxation strategy and backtracking strategy, using layered series, puts forward the two-phase algorithm basing on the dynamic hierarchical and positioning rules. The last, this paper discusses the design and the realization of the system for the loading of goods in railway transportation.
