With rapid development of the national economy and increase in consumption of gas in the contemporary society, gas pipeline leakages are occurring thick and fast. There is still a big gap between China and the developed countries in the corresponding areas of research. Under the background, this applied topic is set up in order to reduce the harm caused by leakage of gas pipeline.In this paper, taking the system of the gas pipeline as research subject we obtained some results studying the steady-state leakage in the network.According to the characteristics of gas pipeline network, establishing the solving method of the parameters of gas and the method of simplified the architecture of pipe network system, we build a specific topology diagram of gas pipeline network system from graph theory. Based on the energy equation, momentum equation, continuity equation and the gas equation of state, we perform adjustment calculation by the finite element method nodes in the system of gas pipeline network. On this basis, we find the solution of improved the hole model, big-hole model and the pipe model of the steady-state leakage in the gas pipeline; we establish the molecular of the quality of leak rate, pressure, temperature from the different leakage state of the gas network, analysis and solve them for the actual leaking.In the steady-state leakage of gas pipe network system simulation, this paper puts forward the "tube" theory and definition according to the leakage in the different location and makes a detailed analysis of "tube" concept. First, according to the limited element mode method and applied the Visual Basic programming language we establish the simulation program, named as steady-state simulation program. Second, applying "intubation" concept as a bridge between steady-state simulation and steady-state leakage simulation, we achieve the steady-state leak condition of the simulation in gas pipe network system prepared by the steady-state simulation program to implement. Finally, we give a simulation for the actual steady-state leakage in pipe network system and analyse its results, so to prove the "tube" concept.The steady-state simulation program prepared by this paper could apply for the simulation calculation of operating conditions of out pipe network system; the conclusions obtained from carrying out in steady-state leakage of gas pipeline simulation could estimate the leakage of harmful levels to determine the location of leakage points, and take timely measures to reduce the harm caused by leaking accident.
