Pipeline transportation has the advantages of safety,economy,stability and so on,which plays an important role in oil transportation.With the development of the civil aviation industry,the demand for refueling at large and medium-sized airports is increasing,and the pipeline refueling method has become the main refueling method.Does the refueling flow meet the requirements of stability,speed and security,and the issue of whether the water shock wave caused by the operation of valve closure,power outage will affect the safety of the pipeline has become a concern,so it is very necessary to conduct hydraulic calculations and analysis of the apron oil supply pipeline network.However,the large number of loop networks,the randomness of fluid flow direction,the frequent opening and closing of valves have posed certain challenges to their hydraulic simulation.In this paper,firstly,the steady-state hydraulic calculation of the pipeline network is carried out;secondly,based on the steady-state calculation results,the transient hydraulic analysis is carried out for different valve operating conditions;and finally,the hydraulic simulation software for the apron oil supply pipeline network was developed on MATLAB.In the steady-state hydraulic calculation section,firstly,a mixed network of branches and loops is established according to the specificity of the structure and flow of the pipe network;secondly,the steady-state hydraulic of the pipeline network are analyzed based on the continuity equation,momentum equation and energy equation,in which the hydraulic parameters of the loops network are calculated using the Newtonian iteration method based on the pressure form;Finally,the results were calibrated into the basic equations and PipePhase software,which were in good agreement and verified the accuracy of the model.In the transient hydraulic calculation section,First,the results of the steady-state hydraulic calculation were invoked as the initial data for the transient calculation,and Second,different shut-off conditions were studied based on the characteristic line method.Two main conclusions were drawn: 1.The pressure drop in both branches and loops increases with the number of valve openings,but in the mixed network of branches and rings,the pressure fluctuations in the corresponding nodes of the branch networks are greater than in the loop networks;2.The maximum transient flow pressure value generated by the closing valve appears at the valve and before the valve is completely closed.In the software development section,one main interface and two sub-interfaces are used.The main interface is divided into two large areas: function selection area,data input and result output area,and the steady-state hydraulic calculation sub-interface and transient hydraulic calculation sub-interface can be called by the corresponding buttons in the function selection area.The software mainly enables steady-state and transient hydraulic calculations of the apron oil supply.
