As the main construction pattern of gravity wharf in our country, the manufacture and the transportation of large-scale caisson become the key of the harbor wharf construction.This paper based on the large-scale caisson present situation of transportation and installs craft and the existence question, The detailed narration was made to the caisson transports and the installation process of the Majishan port engineering, and has obtained the following research results:The technical evaluation was used to caissons transport by airbag in Majishan harbor, and the related parameter and the force of traction of aerocyst was determined, and the technical economy analysis was made to its construction craft.The marine long-distance range haulage was elaborated to the Majishan port, the float stability of the caisson was checked and the towed position was determined then the haulage during the different situation and way was carried on the simulation analysis by large-scale finite element software ABAQUS and the deficiency in the construction was proposed.And the detailed narration was made to the installation and foundation construction craft to the Maji, and pointed out the existed question of the construction of the foundation and installs in the technological process, and the concrete solution measure was proposed.
