With the deepening of the market economy construction and urbanization level, city visual identity system is the important issue of urbanization construction. This paper selected the Chengde studying in detail. It researched on city visual identity system using literature analysis and investigation, case study, comprehensive analyzing, comparative categorize. This article first discusses the evolution of city image's definition and analyzes the significance of city image. Based on discuss, it finds out the comparing with city imaging system and corporate identity. Secondly, the current situation of Chengde city visual identity system was build through in-depth analysis and research. Finally, it combines with the target on "modern international tourism metropolitans" Chengde city government proposed and making scientific and operable design planning of Chengde city visual identity system. It gives suggestions by designing personal and actual city visual identity system for urban image design in the construction of Chengde city development. The study results show that it is the acute and quick transition of the advantages and features of Chengde to the public. Through enhancing rendering and competitiveness of Chengde city image, it can achieve the target on building modern international tourism metropolitans. |
