The steam turbine adjusting system is important and essential for the safe, steady and economical operation of steam turbine. With the development of science and technology, we requires more advanced adjusting system. As many old steam turbine adjusting systems can not meet the requirement of safe, steady and economical operation.They must be transformed.This thesis introduces the problem of Zhenhai gas turbine-steam turbine combine cycle power plant unit nine's old DEH control system, discusses the feasibility and reliability of transformation of DEH control system, and compares all kinds of transformation schemes, introduces the characteristic and consist of the transformed DEH control system, analyzes the composing of DEH control system, sub- system and operation condition. It analyzes the problem of adjusting course, aiming at the particularity of the gas turbine-steam turbine combine cycle power plant, diagnoses the performance of system. We brings forward optimizing project and optimized the parameter.The results show that the transformed DEH control system of unit nine is in order, the transformation improves the operating safety, reliability, economy of steam turbine.
