| The issue of urban thermal environment and urban heat island effect are the most important contents in urban climate and environmental research. As a comprehensive reflection of urban ecological environment, urban thermal environment has close relationship with urban micro-climate, urban disasters, and so on, which has great impact on urban air quality, energy consumption structure, and public health. However, urban thermal environment is a complex giant system with intense spatial heterogeneity, and researchers still have not established a quantitative evaluation and spatial-temporal analysis to understand the thermal environment effectively.In this paper, we collect and prepare the multi-source data which are related to urban thermal environment under the help of GIS and RS technology, and build the temporal and spatial information database.Then we adapt different evaluation model to evaluate urban thermal environment on regional level and city level respectively.On these basis, the theory of geo-information TuPu is introduced to analyze the spatial-temporal pattern and evolution the law of urban thermal environment.The results show that thermal environment comprehensive TuPu can better reflect the characteristics of the spatial pattern and dynamic evolution of thermal environment. And the background value evaluation method and human comfort evaluation method can be effectively used to describe the quality of urban thermal environment. The case studies indicate that the thermal environment in coastal cities of southeast Fujian province become week on the whole and improve in some local area during study period, and the thermal environment of Fuzhou become week on which located in urban construction zoons. |
