With the development of production and the improvement of automation, the production scale becoming larger and the production system becoming more complex in modern manufacturing, and the material conveyance's system should meet those demands of automation, flexibility and just in time. Reasonably and effectively optimization scheduling of the material conveyance's system, which is the bond of the modern manufacturing, can reduce the resource depletion and improve the production efficiency of manufacturing system. AGVS has been developing into an important research field under such background.Firstly, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) which is the efficient materials transportation equipment in flexible tobacco primary pruoducing line is introduced comprehensively; AGVS's structure, performance and influencing factors is analyzed; meanwhile, AGV and AGV's assignment process and the efficiency evaluation index is introduced by a typical AGVS; AGV's congestion, road planning and scheduling is studied.Then, it is focuses on AGVS optimazition scheduling problem. The mathematical model of multi-objective and multi-constraints is presented, and a kind of hybrid genetic algorithm is designed, which is suitable to solve the AGVS optimazition scheduling problem and based on the simple genetic algorithm. According to the complex characteristics of AGVS itself, the algorithm used natural number encoding which is simple and direct, adopted accumulation method to generate the initial population, proposed a crossover operator based on continuous insertion heuristic mode, used migration-adjusting method to make sure the best time to complete the task, adjusted crossover and mutation probability to avoid premature convergence by self-adapting parameters, used the weighted function approach to establish the fitness function. The algorithm that proposed can rapidly converge to search the optimal solution, and maintain the diversity of population in the limited evolutionary algebraic, which greatly save the operation time and improve the efficiency, and then applied the algorithm to the practical flexible tobacco primary pruoducing line, realized the optimazition scheduling of overall situation.Finally, a AGVS of a flexible tobacco primary pruoducing line is designed, which is used simulation software eM-Plant to modeling and simulating; compared the basic rules dispatching simulation results with optimization algorithm dispatching simulation results, indicated the feasibility and validity of mathematical model and the hybrid genetic algorithm in practical application, the hybrid genetic algorithm not only can make the conveyance's task be excuted in parallel, but also can effectively avoid the bottleneck problem of conveyance's system, so as to improve the conveying efficiency of AGVS, and oprimize the material conveyance's system of the flexible tobacco primary pruoducing line.
