In the past ten years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standards are getting higher and higher,and the number of cars in China is growing rapidly."Parking difficulty" has gradually become a problem that people have to face in their daily life.Intelligent AGV parking lot can improve the utilization rate per unit area and customer experience by transforming the existing old parking lot.However,in the design of parking lot,only one AGV can pass through the path channel,so the requirements for AGVS scheduling system are relatively high,and reasonable path planning and task scheduling for AGVS are needed to reduce the conflicts between AGVS.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics of parking lot are analyzed,and the environmental model of parking lot is constructed by grid method,which provides the basis for AGVS path planning Then,the task characteristics of parking lot during busy period are analyzed,and the mathematical model of parking and picking up tasks is established,which provides conditions for the optimization of task scheduling model.According to the operation mode of AGV in the parking lot,the classic A* algorithm is improved,and the shortest path with the least turning nodes can be searched;By adding a time window to the single AGV path planning algorithm,the conflict problem of AGVS can be solved.Genetic algorithm is used to schedule and optimize task execution sequence.According to the analysis,the AGVS scheduling problem is RCPSP-MRTA model.in this paper,the accumulated tasks are grouped,and the minimum construction period is taken as the objective function,and the conflict time and elevator waiting time of AGVS are taken as the influence weights of fitness function.Through three simulation examples,it is proved that the method used in this paper can effectively improve the operation efficiency of intelligent parking lot during the busy period of picking up cars.Finally,according to the specific project requirements,this topic analyzes the functions of scheduling software,and develops and designs an AGV system scheduling software based on C++.
