High-pressure Common Rail Diesel Asd Control Strategy

At the same time, due to improvement of microprocessors and electronic control technology, ASD High Pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine Control System is first one to improve the performance of diesel governor.Under the comprehensive and systematic analysis of diesel governor schematic, ASD Strategy of high-pressure common-rail governor control strategies and programming ideas were established. From the impact of various parameters on the diesel governor, ASD governor system is divided into two large blocks by using modular development methodology.One is ASDrf, the other one is ASDdc. Engine speed fluctuation which is caused by changing the torque is smoothed by ASDrf; Engine speed fluctuation which is caused dramatic changes in engine speed is smoothed by ASDdc.This allows that the diesel governor can adjust the different type of speed fluctuation,by so doing,the effect of adjusting speed fluation is more obvious.Finally each module of the system simulation is compiled and simulated by using ASCET Software. The results show that ASD Strategy of high-pressure common-rail governor control strategies can make accurate judgments to the status of vehicles and engines, and consider the engine torque loss of subsidiary bodies. By so doing,it can compute the torque under the different operating mode which is relevant to the status of vehicles and engines so as to smooth the speed fluctuation.As a result, this will improve the balance and comfort of vehicles.
