High-rise complex architecture is the inevitable outcome of the pursuit of efficiency and intensivism by the high density modern city, which is the transition state of city and architecture. It integrates and mixes many different urban functions such as commerce, housing, work, entertainment, hotel, exhibition, conference and anything that has relationship with human life. It is not the simply magnification of building space, but the high unification and concentration of human social living and space environment. High-rise complex architecture take the advantage of the cooperation among different function spaces which can enhance the work efficiency, improve the environment quality, alleviate the traffic pressure of city roads. However, the development of high density and aggregation of multiple functions result in a great deal of complex traffic flows. The design of convenient and clear traffic flows of different function spaces can do a lot to maintain the well-balanced order of daily work and living. So the arrangement of traffic flows is one of the crucial problems to solve in high-rise complex architecture's design. This text is on the basis of plentiful datas and examples obtained by site visit and literature collection. Then it starts with the analysis about actual instances of high-rise complex architecture and expatiates the constitution of traffic flows'arrangement. Following which, the text abstracts and concludes its space pattern with charts and explains every spacs pattern's characteristic, elements which influence the choice of different pattern and application area. At last the text put forward design examples to account for the application of these space patterns. This text aims to use the space patterns to help actual program design of high-rise complex architecture's traffic arrangement.
