Study On The Management Of Solid Waste And Sewage In The Town And Rural Area From The Perspective Of Layout Techniques

With the rapid development of rural economy, rising living standards in rural areas, solid waste output, the production of sewage and the type of pollutant in the effluent are increasing along with economic development, which resulting in rural deteriorating living environment. To make the living environment bad is not the purpose to develop the economy. And it is not in line with our sustainable development and the harmonious society's construction. In this extent, it is necessary to bring the rural solid waste and wastewater under control.This paper refers to the related theory and research methods of both home and abroad. At the same time it combine with village reality, from the perspective of solid waste management and take a town as a unit to construct the waste recycling network, so as to bring the solid waste pollution under control from the source. From the perspective of control the disorderly of rural area's sewage discharge, this paper takes a village as a unit to make a viable rural sewage drainage network based on its own needs.This paper takes the Beiyang Town of Qixian County, Hebi City as an example to show the way to control the solid waste. First, according to 64 villages of Beiyang Town's development status, potential, trends and other factors to establish a new village system; then, to predict the output of solid waste, and according to the location theories and location models to choose the best model. At last, take the set covering model to find the transfer station's points to be selected, and then use integer programming to establish the present value of the total cost of garbage removal system to make optimization, which to choose the optimal combination from the transfer station's points to be selected, and to determine the optimal combination of each block the amount of waste transfer stations accepted.This paper takes new village of Gaolou (Beiyang Town, Qixian County, Hebi City) as an example to show the rural area's management about sewage. First, by comparison of the drainage system, and combined with the actual choice of new village of Gaolou to choose its drainage system; second, according to the forecast volume of sewage and rainwater; then compare the pros and cons of various treatment methods and application conditions combined with the reality of new village of Gaolou, to finalize a centralized sewage treatment in single village's wide; Finally, according to the layout of drainage network theory to define the village's sewage drainage network.
