With the social and economic rapid development, the short-supplied phenomenon of oil resources is more and more obvious. On the other hand, discarding of used oil solution is getting worse on the environmental pollution. Thus, in terms of environmental protection, resource utilization or economic point of view, it is a great significance that the contaminating oil is properly handled process, and eliminated the degenerate components and external contaminants to make usable regeneration oil.Oil pollution control, purification and recycling processes have been received attention in other countries. At the same time, the design,development and operation controlling of waste oil processing equipment has also been widely appreciated at home and abroad. Based on the introducing the Flocculation-Clay Composite Process oil solution in this paper, analying the characteristics of waste oil recycling process and controlling with waste oil processing equipment, the programmable logic controller (PLC) realize the logic controlling to waste oil processing equipment. And Visual Basic 6.0 programmer can design and develop automatic monitoring system, so as to achieve regeneration of waste oil treatment process visualization.The thesis is rely on experimental oil processing equipment JYZ-100 in Science and Technology Development Corporation of Chongqing Technology and Business University. According to Flocculation - Clay Composite Process technology and electrical wiring of equipment, we will design the automatic monitoring system. The lower position monitoring system is achieved the equipment by the PLC, and logic control program can inplement the monitoring of waste oil processing in the ladder form. The process of monitoring points, include oil flow,flocculant flow,oil pressure,mixing temperature,circulating oil pressure,circulating oil temperature,frame pressure,vacuum,separation chamber temperature,outlet pressure,outlet flow and so on. According to each pump start-stop, PLC set the logic control corresponding time interval; When oil level or the temperature is too high, the instruction will give an alarm signal to stop the equipment operation.Monitoring interface development use Visual Basic 6.0 to complete. It is notably to accomplish the manifestation process control interface,the data table recording and printing,monitoring points parameter settings,the system's exit and so on. Through the automatic monitoring system of operation, the test results show that monitoring system is running in good condition, and decrease manual labor operations and costs consuming. At once reducing the equipment failure rate, it can prolong equipment life and optimize equipment operation level of control, and can improve the efficiency of regeneration of waste oil. It played an active role in energy conservation and environmental protection.
