Design Of Automatic Disassembly Line Monitoring System For Waste LCD

In this dissertation,the automatic dismantling assembly line of waste LCD is used as the research object,then design a set of monitoring system conforming to industrial production standard.This dissertation comprehensively analyzes the development of waste LCD disassembly technology at home and abroad,and probes into the significance and urgency about the waste LCD disassembly technology.Analyze the development status of monitoring systems applied in industrial fields related engineering application standards,provide theoretical support for the waste LCD automatic dismantling line monitoring system.This dissertation introduces the structure and function of the automatic disassembly line monitoring system for waste LCD,and according to the practical monitoring requirements and monitoring the effect of the disassembly line,from three aspect about the computer software monitoring,the monitoring of the three dimensional animation and video monitoring,designed a corresponding monitoring system program.According to the design scheme,the implementation process of computer software monitoring,3d animation monitoring and video monitoring is introduced in detail.The system operation results show that the system has good human-computer interaction interface,good robustness,expansibility and flexibility.Realization of sensor signal acquisition,equipment debugging,3d animation monitoring and video monitoring.The main system is composed of subsystems,the subsystems are independent and do not affect data interaction.Innovative use of 3d animation monitoring and apply video monitoring technology,it could be able to grasp the working status of disassembly line more directly,and make the system running safely.
