Application Research On The Control System Of Automatic And High-speed Assembly And Soldering Machine Based On The Plc

PLC has became the mainstream control device according to its powerful technic dominance,such as highly dependability,anti-jamming,abundant function and so on。In this article,the author reviews the development of PLC and its current research status around the world。Taking the control system of the automatic and higy-speed soldering machine that was developed by the engineer of Foxconn company as a background,the author applies the advanced control technique in this machine control system such as the technique of PLC,the servo contro technique,light electricity technique and so on。The thesis, according to chapters and sections,dissects the processes of the control system based on PLC including control system's selection,Programmable Controller's (PLC) spots , PLC's selection , PLC's programming,Hunam-machine interface's(HMI) programming。The author gets the standardized program's structure and some modular programs after the research and application of the control system of the machine,because of them ,it will be convenient and efficient to other electrical engineers to repair and maintain the machine and we can also shorten the development time of new equipments' control system。...
