Crude oil production measurement is an important work in oil field production and management. Measuring oil production accurately and timely plays an important guiding role, in reservoir control and program building. For this purpose, this paper studied and developed a set of romote continuous oil measurement device. This device takes advantage of the existing conditions of the metering station, and designs the automatic continuous controller through reconstruction of the original system,which can reduce the labor intensity of the scene at the same time of achieving a higher precision. The appropriate special measuring procedure can be selected according to gas production of every well and automatic continuous controller is started to drive solenoid valve, for continuous measurement of oil and gas。Based on the measurements result the well production of the liquid and gas are automatically calculated and displayed. Meanwhile, the paper also combines advanced automation technology and computer network technology to realize wireless upload and remote management of measurement data. This system applies GPRS wireless communication between the data and the monitoring center of the long-distance transmission. Remote data management software mainly collects the latest measurement data for management and summary. Field experiments and operational results fully proved that crude oil remote continuous measurement device is a low-cost system suitable for oil field. |
