With the development of science and technology and the increase in labor costs,the intelligent production and digitalization of production have become a trend.As the production technology of steel plastic composite pipelines is increasingly mastered,how to stand out in a fierce competition market is an important problem facing each steel plastic composite pipeline production company.This article first studies the production process of steel-plastic composite pipeline production lines,analyzes a series of key factors affecting the stable production of steel-plastic composite pipeline production lines,and designed the corresponding system.In order to monitor the cooperation between the host and the traction machine and the operation of the welding wheel,the steel wire mesh size of the image processing technology is established.In order to realize the regulation and real-time monitoring of the relative position of internal and external forming,in real-time monitoring of the internal molding and external forming relative position through the laser displacement sensor,the automatic control system of the internal and external formation relative position control system based on the automatic control theory is established based on the theory of automatic control.The system has the function of the automatic positioning of wall thickness deviation digitalization and the relative position of the internal and external forming.During the production process of steel-plastic composite pipeline production lines,unstable traction traction can lead to "piles".In order to ensure the stability of the traction machine traction,it has been improved on the original anti-pile system.It has the anti-pile system with insufficient pressure alarm and traction slip alarm function to achieve the purpose of reducing the number of misunderstandings of "piles" and the number of production lines.The operating parameters of the above systems and the operating parameters of the production line equipment can be uploaded to the cloud server through the data gateway.Staff can monitor the large screens of the PC,mobile terminals and workshops,and timely adjust the relevant parameters in time.Through the above-mentioned production line transformation,it can effectively improve the production stability of the production line,reduce the production cost of the enterprise,and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
